[Request] Support /mr flag with audio command

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use the "audio" command to dump lead-in or lead-out data from an audio CD. My drive is unable to read the lead-out through normal means (when using the "cd" command, I use the /mr flag). I am unable to use the "audio" command to read the lead-out.

Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to use the /mr flag with the "audio" command so I can read the lead-out with an 0xf1 drive.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can access the lead-out by dumping the entire disc with a positive manual offset via the /a flag, but this is time consuming and requires dumping of the entire disc.
