Checkout App Installation

Hi,
I want to install a third party app named "Checkout" using its manifest url. I tried to input manifest url as "https://saleor-app-checkout-git-main-saleorcommerce.vercel.app/api/manifest/". But after hitting installation button, it starts proceeding but never end. If page is reloaded Checkout app is visible but the channels within the app are not visible. I need channel to set payment gateway.

Please guide me to this integration of checkout app.

Hi @palash-cj it looks like there are 2 issues happening right now with the app installation:

1. The app list in Saleor Dashoard is not refreshed after the app is installed, only making a full page reload loads the newly installed apps

I've created an issue in dashboard repository: saleor/saleor-dashboard#3163. Feel free to make any additional comments

2. Installing our deployed seleor-app-checkout fails to load in your store.

Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce this issue on my newly created instance in Saleor Cloud. Could you please provide us with:

• data after running this command: npx envinfo --system --binaries --browsers --markdown
• your Saleor version
• where you've deployed Saleor (locally / Saleor Cloud / other cloud provider)
• any logs you have in your browsers' console after visiting the app page

There's also a possibility this is an issue with our Vercel APL which is being used in our demo deployment of saleor-app-checkout. It is now deprecated, and we're working on rewriting our app to use different APL in the demo deployment. You could try deploying your own saleor-app-checkout as described in our Deployment guide.
