Description of the issue

When viewing data grids on a touchscreen or mobile device such as a phone or tablet, any drag/release action that is normally used for scrolling causes the grid to enter the selected row.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open dashboard, view products or orders datagrid which is long enough to scroll, try to scroll using touchscreen. Tapping and holding allows scroll to function, but the touched row enters the detail page as soon as the user releases the screen.

You can also reproduce this by emulating a mobile device in dev tools, clicking and holding scrolls, but the grid enters the selected row upon release of the mouse.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect scroll to scroll down the page, rather than enter the random row I clicked on while attempting to scroll.
