Description of the issue

When doing return with refund on order with transactions, if we write custom refund value it's not possible to write prices like 4,04 or 11,01 (0 as first decimal digit)

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Find or make order with single refundable transaction
  2. Click on cogwheel -> return & replace
  3. Select "grant refund"
  4. Type custom refund value with 0 as first digital digit e.g. 4,04.

What did you expect to happen?

It should be possible to type 0
