The anndata table after feature extraction should work with the SCIMAP (https://scimap.xyz/tutorials/2-scimap-tutorial-cell-phenotyping/) rescale and phenotype functions. Additionally, the interactive gate_finder would also be nice (just gating at 0,5 after normalization is not realistic for raw data).
