Would be nice to have build and run instructions here in the readme. I'm on windows, cannot build and run it, but note that I'm totally new to this project.

who seeks will find. I can work on this and can write instruction as part of documentation or wiki, can I work on this guys?

I see that no maintainer is here for feedback or anything, you can run the project with reading documentation of wasm-pack github, with the aid of this you are going to see the project up and running
