Like cargo does, e.g.

warning: unused config key: repository.skip-identical-parent

@istudyatuni Can you please give a concrete example what should work differently?

IIRC this feature is already implemented for most config options, but some are missing due to technical details...

I discovered, that repository.skip-identical-parent should be backup.skip-identical-parent, so I thought that there are no warnings about unused keys
