But in short, on a Nordic layout ctrl + alt + 2 sends ctr + alt + @, while ctrl + alt + 3 correctly sends just £ as it should.

Note that there's a similar but almost opposite bug, that when pressing ctrl + altgr the ctrl is not reported when it should

I am having the same issue here. Also altgr + 2 is not outputting @ unless I time it really Accurately.

I am also having this issue. Unable to write "{" and "}" using ctrl+alt+7 and ctrl+alt+0. It does work if I use altgr+7 and altgr+0, but that is not optimal/ergonomic.
