difference between no option and option of nvidia-smi in container

hello
i use genv-docker. after run container, i run nvidia-smi in docker inside
but this is something wrong with output of nvidia-smi

if i restrict gpu memory with 3G of total 10G.
"nvidia-smi" : 3G
"nvidia-smi --query-gpu=memory.total --format=csv" : 10G
