Wrong `balanceOf` in some tokens under some accounts' token tabs #134

We have cases like this one:

Under the tab "Tokens" the user is suppodes to have 1.383320126470729005 (WR)BTC/SOV
According the internal transactions, the user received and after sent those tokens
On blockscout the user has 0.0 tokens
