I have noticed duplicate ARP responses from an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 on Windows 11 64-bit when the system is sleeping. The test system has MAC address 08:9d:f4:29:34:16 and IPv4 address 192.168.1.192. The number of duplicates varies between a few and several hundred.
This example shows four consecutive arp-scan runs, using grep to display only the reponses from the test system:
ARP offload is the network adapter's ability to respond to an IPv4 ARP request without waking the computer. To enable the feature, both the hardware and the driver must support ARP offload.
