Add a rollyourown project to deploy a single sign-on (SSO) idntity provider (IdP) solution.

Purpose of the project or module

This project would deploy a single sign-on solution for managing user accounts for multiple other projects.

Software to deploy

Examples of SSO/IdP solutions are:

• Keycloak: https://www.keycloak.org/
• Authentik: https://goauthentik.io/

Additional information

After adding this project, the rollyourown Matrix, Nextcloud and Gitea projects can be upgraded to use the SSO solution deployed.
