Add a rollyourown project to deploy a VPN server with administrative front-end.

Purpose of the project or module

This project would deploy a private VPN server for connecting different devices and networks. The project should include an administrative front-end for managing VPN users to avoid configuration via command line or configuration file. The admin GUI should only be accessible from the control node.

Software to deploy

To support different devices types and operating systems, supported VPN technologies should be at least:

• Wireguard: https://www.wireguard.com/
• OpenVPN: https://openvpn.net/
