...then "Functions" panel is refreshed, but nothing got changed.

Neither success, nor error. Into /dev/null it went.

Even if there is no subroutine detected, there still should be a way to put a named label #3101

This is not reproducible, please provide more instructions or information on how to reproduce this bug.
