The linux vpn instructions currently mention, after the snap instructions, that you can use the deb.leap.se apt repo to install debian packages. Those packages are currently 2 years out of date. Also since then some progress has been made in getting riseup-vpn into Debian proper.
So we need to stop recommending this old apt repo and instead point to getting them from Debian. But currently it's only in testing/unstable, no stable backports yet. Also we need recommendations for Ubuntu.
I also filed an issue in the leap project that they need to disable these old bits and point people at the newer stuff.

Also someone just pointed out the "tester mailing list" link at the bottom points to "bitmask" but the list got renamed to "leap-discuss". I don't know if/when I will get to an MR for this.
