Describe the bug
The readme's node version requirement badge says >=9 is required, while 'Requirements and installation' says that >=8 is required.

Reproducible example
Browse to https://github.com/rialto-php/puphpeteer, check rendered readme file.

Expected behavior
Unambiguous claimed node version requirement.
