bug: Cannot redefine property: adoptedStyleSheets

Describe your issue?

When I try to use the browser extension with "Record this tab", an error occurred in the console log.
It seems to be related to one of my extension installed (Jam). There is no error when I uninstall Jam.
Looking into the code of rrweb, it seems that this error would result in the "stop function" as undefined when rrweb.record is called.

Repro steps

1. Install Jam https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jam/iohjgamcilhbgmhbnllfolmkmmekfmci
2. Use Requestly extension on any site with "Record this tab"
3. Look into console in your browser
