JUnit5 ReportPortalExtension doesn't create a launch on the local VMWare linux machine.

Ich have VMWare Workstation with ubuntu 22.04 VM and istalled reportportal 23.1.
If i run my java web tests with ReportPortalExtension in Junit5 and configured reportportal to this local VM smrtubu20srv-1
the launch was NOT created.
If i used the reportportal of vm smrtcos8srv-3 in the netwok on the ESX-Server like this, it works, the lauch will be created.

No Error happens on the local vm smrtubu20srv-1, i get UUID of LAUNCH, but the Launch doesn't exist in the reportportal.
