Add comparison to php-meminfo in the documentation #391

The memory profiling mode of Reli has solutions to some open issues in php-memprof in some extent.

On the other hand, Reli also has its own limitations mainly due to the requirements of FFI and CAP_SYS_PTRACE.

Maybe providing a comparison table helps users.

Don't forget to add version information when mentioning php-meminfo, as the information may become out of date when the php-meminfo is updated.
