We're working on a VSCode extension that will support VSCode on a native/desktop installation, as well as VSCode in a browser via code-server, github codespaces, etc.

Poking around here a bit, it looks like this project is exclusive to desktop installations. Can you confirm this and whether support for VSCode in a browser may be possible or on the roadmap?
