Not able to install Ruby 2.3.4 on MacOS 11.5.1

I have tried almost all the methods and nothing worked, hence opening this issue.

Can anyone please help.

I could install 2.3.8 with macOS 11.5.1

Same issue with 2.6.7.

Seems like I handled this issue, just run terminal using Rosetta like in this suggestion

I could install it with macOS 12.0.1 (Monterey).

If it is caused by M1 arch, it's duplicate of #1691
