Extension

https://www.raycast.com/jameslyons/session

Description

The "Start New Session" command should ask which Category to use, giving you a list of your pre-configured Categories to choose from, or to create a new one, and also have the option to fill in the intention prior to the session starting. Other options that could be optional could be to change the session time, and toggle background music to be on or off.

Right now, it just defaults to the last category that was used and defaults to the last intention used too. The "Start Previous Session" command should be used for this purpose instead, and that command should also give you the option to change the intention if desired.

The way the raycast extension currently works is not that useful as a raycast extension to be honest, because there is still a lot of manual interaction with the app itself after starting a session from Raycast. IMO the Raycast extension should completely replace the need to open the app at all.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Every user trying to make regular use of Session.

Anything else?
