Explore how to support tools/tool runs [Timebox] #7

Ideally we would like to add the ability for users to do the following:

  • request a tool to use in a jupyter notebook
  • determine required parameters and let them fill in projects, bands, etc
  • submit a tool run
  • view nodes in compare and simple view mode
  • export a bounding box

This task is to explore how that might work, potentially committing whatever is prototyped

+1 this would be slick now that so much local functionality exists and focal is on the way!
