Previous versions of the python client depended on this file being here. To preserve backwards compatibility until we can do raster-foundry/raster-foundry-python-client#56 and cut a release.

The python client points to the old swagger URL, this needs to be updated to reflect its new location at "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/raster-foundry/raster-foundry-api-spec/develop/spec/spec.yml"
