Is there any support for CSI Volume Cloning? It does not seem to work but does not cause any errors either

Currently, not support CSI Volume Cloning.

@derekbit, is there any way to pre-specify data into a volume? I've looked a number of places like examples and k3s docs, and cloning would be the way I would likely try to do it. The use case is large ML models that need to be mounted to pods, and we have pre-cached the files locally already onto node storage.
