Motion-adaptive de-interlacing not functioning on VGA input sources #552

Hi,

It seems that if you use the VGA input, despite switching to motion adaptive de-interlacing it will stick with BOB, if I switch to SCART the motion adaptive is then functional. I couldn't find anything that states this is as designed or any mention here, so raising this as it's a simple one to reproduce. I have two GBS-C devices that do this, both are Chinese all-in-one boards (On the latest firmware).
