Running rails doc setup instructions breaks when bundler installs Rack v3 #366

Running a clean setup for the Rails doc server fails when bundler installs Rack v3, first with a uninitialized constant Rack::Static error in config.ru and then a uppercase character in header name: Content-Type (Rack::Lint::LintError) once you fix that issue and boot the server.

Pinning rack to v2 in the Gemfile fixes this issue:
gem "rack", "~>2.2.4"
