Plugin does not enable in 3.0.3

The plugin cannot be enabled in version 3.0.3 of Rhythmbox (a red circle with a line through it fills the place where the checkbox was after attempting to enable it).

When running Rhythmbox on command line, the following debug is output:
(rhythmbox:23936): libpeas-WARNING **: Could not find loader 'python' for plugin 'StopAfter'

I may be missing the "python loader"? I have Python 2 and 3, and the pygobject dependencies, too.

Hi, I have just started upgrading this project to work in RB 3.x... does anyone have a screenshot of what it looked like before in RB 2? Just so I can see what I should aim for?
