I've seen several issues in this repo from confused users (I was one of those confused people for about 2 hours until just now!) who are not sure why their coverage isn't "correct", and the reason being that skip_on_cran() is used.

I saw that you have to keep explaining to everyone why this is, I think it would be very worthwhile to add this to website/documentation
