Feature request: add multiple choice options for definitions

First of all, great work you've done!

I was wandering if adding multiple choice definitions to terms, other than the true/correct one, was in the future plans of Quenti. I've noticed that in Quizlet Plus there is this possibility.

In Test mode, it would be great to have the 4 options (A, B, C, D) to be related all to the same term (question) rather than picking random definitions from the other terms (questions) in the same study set.

I still haven't looked at your code to check how it is structured, so I am not sure if this is a feature that can be easily implemented, but please, let me know.
