我还没写过 webstorm 插件呢，如果时间允许我可以看看

不过如果你们有兴趣我觉得你们也可以实现试试

我说下原理：
所有 wxml 自动补全的数据是从官方文档抓下来的，我也会定期更新，数据在这里

而插件只需要处理当前用户在什么地方输入了什么，再触发提示而已，源码在这里
