ca-01.jumptoserver.com now errors out can't connect to dns

nl-01 now changed to nl.jumptoserver and added nl2 as well. (please check other hosts also)

it seems on the latest build (not v3.38.0), it is working with nl-01

Fastestvpn built in data got updated in the latest image, so feel free to pull it. Otherwise, update your servers yourself, see the setup/servers.md page in the GLuetun wiki.
