[SUGGESTION] qb-multijob (or build it into qb-core?)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I think multi-job goes hand in hand with the QB framework, would be cool to see a resource or it added into core as a config item.

Describe the feature you'd like
Maybe a few relevant configs such as enable multi-job, config to block certain jobs from using multi-job (e.g. some servers have rules where police can only be police on that character etc)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using a 3rd party one, but i've been through 3 scripts now that have all fallen behind on updates or don't work well.
