Describe the bug
Trying to rob any small banks the first door opens fine. the second door wont open and says not enough police on despite there being 5 police on and there all on duty. the config is set to 0 police for testing and it still says the same not enough police on.

Also the bank alarms no longer sound on any of the banks.

when emptying the lockboxes there is no mini game or items required ( this use to be a drill required with mini game) now you just press E and it magically empties the box

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a small bank and hack the first gate then enter to the next gate, pull out lock picks then nothing
  2. Click on go to the lockboxes and just press E
  3. Use this item lockpick, for gate 2 trojan_usb, electronickit
  4. See error no erros in F8 or console

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

  1. lockpick to open the 2rd gate as per the code
  2. drill mini game for breaking into the lockboxes (like it use to be)
  3. alarms to sound
