The "FormTest:testWaitFor" hangs on PHP 7

For unknown reasons element is never found on PHP 7: https://travis-ci.org/qa-tools/qa-tools/jobs/69006248

Looking at WebDriver logs on Travis element searching operation took 5 seconds as expected plus 2 seconds of searching when element wasn't there so it's 7 seconds. It shouldn't trigger 10 seconds test interruption.

Also I've tried to reproduce this locally with PHP 7, but with no luck.
