CI: codecov failing at project level

The codecov/project CI check is failing. It always bases the starting point as 7ec3189

So unless someone undertakes the work on adding more code-coverage to the tests the this CI check will continue to fail.

@nejch Not sure if you changed something. But I noticed recent PRs haven't been failing.

@JohnVillalovos not yet actually, I noticed the main branch hasn't really been updating for a while on codecov. Not sure if it's a change in the CI setup or because of changes since the Sentry takeover. It's a bit annoying 😅
