Starting from this month Telegram have made some changes server side (Groups, Users and Channels), they went all chat ids from 32 bits to 64 bits and starting from this month we have decided to announce the end support dates for these versions:
0.1.x, 0.2.x, 0.3.x, 0.4.x, 0.5.x, 0.6.x (Support ended due to too old versions)
0.7.x (Support still remaining until 5 october due to 64 bit migration)
