Add jira.search_filter functionality

Problem trying to solve

Hello,
there is a new API endpoint that can server filter search, to retrieve filter IDs. Is there any plan for extending the project with this functionality ?

Possible solution(s)

I propose to implement it in the same way as search_issues, including pagination, since by default it will return only 50 results
