Is there a way to get a list of all locales? At least the locale keys, but if possible, with their display names in the given locale. |

Hmm yeah that works for the available locales. I was thinking if there's a way to get a list of all locales defined in CLDR, regardless if they're downloaded to the data folder? |

Yep, the list of locales is defined in https://github.com/punic/data/blob/master/docs/state.json#L5545-L6339 (and they are 795, not very near to 2000). |

Yep, the list of locales is defined in https://github.com/punic/data/blob/master/docs/state.json#L5545-L6339 (and they are 795, not very near to 2000).
