Upgrade to F091 processor
Add OreSat debug connector
Better power layout (swap battery charger / 3.3V supply)
Arm switch is slow to kill uC; why? (symptom: lots of garbage on serial port as the uC browns out)
Switch out to better polarized, locking connectors (2 mm?)
Fuses or other current limiting on motors so they can't die horribly
