WCCC Implementation Requirements - Termination Windows

The WCCC is collecting termination windows per species, per region, per GOAL grouping. The termination windows will have companion data including seed set risk windows, and recommended time between termination and planting. The cash crop planting date specified by the user would be used in this view also. The termination window feature should look something like this:

If the user knows how many days they want to wait between cover crop termination and cash crop planting, can they over-write or pre-select the time between termination and planting (i.e., yellow bar area)?
