Minor UI changes before user testing

• Loader - when exporting data (downloading images may take a long time)
• Make flight list scrollable
• a delete button in map (to draw again) + toggle Draw - cannot stop drawing if selected once
• Upon navigation from first page, do not navigate if there are no records for the particular date
• Header absent on last page
• Done (on last page) should redirect to home page
• The veg index table - has 4 veg indices but only two will be populated at any time (rgb/multispec imagery difference). remove cols without any values when displaying
• change favicon
• max table size - 25 rows
