The miRanda library displays nice renders of textual target sites. We wish to have an API to do that here too.
Eg.

   Query:    3' gtCGAAAGTTTTACTAGAGTg 5' (eg. miRNA)
                  |:||||| |||||||||: 
   Ref:      5' taGTTTTCACAATGATCTCGg 3' (eg. 3'UTR)
