Paws-0.42: t/14_dns_client_errors.t seems to hang on 64bit Windows 8.1, Strawberry Perl

It seems to me that t\14_dns_client_errors.t hangs on 64bit Windows 8.1 as follows.

Strawberry Perl 5.30.0 (64bit)
