Describe the bug

Vertical scrollbar can hide right side of dashboard widget. Note the change occurs between columns one and two and seems to occur when the second column is fully visible. and shorter than the first.

To Reproduce

Drag window height up and down. Varies by precise width of window.

Expected behavior

Widget should not be displayed behind scrollbar

Screenshots

Display image in new full-screen tab.

Why do you have the bottom pane there? Without it, there would at least be more space for the dashboard.

Permanent scroll bars may be a Windows issue. On other platforms, they only appear when the pointer is close to the corner.

The bottom pane is the default layout and, if the issue occurs at the widow width, it is with or without the information pane displayed.

I imagine Windows is like other systems and scrollbars are only used when the content to be displayed does not fit within a window. This issue only occurs when the window uses scrollbars.

Well, wasn't it a feature in PP to duplicate the portfolio screen into (for example) upper and lower section, to enhance the analytical behaviour?

I'm not clear on the point @Morpheus1w3 intended to make but I confirm the scrollbar over content issue does not occur with Performance Dashboard as the top pane and Performance Chart as the bottom pane in the PP window.

I'm a non-German speaker so I'm only aware of a small proportion of PP functionality, and I wasn't aware of the Clone Tab / Drag and Drop Tab functionality.

As an aside I'll comment on the Drag and Drop Tab functionality. In my opinion it would be much better as a separate window that could be cascaded rather than a pane. I'd also put in another request for icons (as well as menu items and keystrokes) to hide/display pane/sidebar (see #2355).
