[Bug] Dragging a tilling window sometimes hides the window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an empty workspace
2. Open any window in tilling mode (Cosmic Terminal works)
3. Drag the window by holding down the Super key
4. Let go of the Super key
5. Let go of the window

In my testing there is about a 50/50 chance of the window vanishing. Clicking on the desktop, or interacting with the window using the keyboard (move to workspace, make floating, maximise ,etc) will make the window appear again.
Also in some rare cases the window appears automatically after a short delay (about half a second, but not longer than 1 second).
This also works with multiple windows on the workspace, but is less consistent.
