Color pickers doesn't seem to work outside it's application window

I've tested this with these applications: Eyedropper, Colorway & Krita(using it's Sample Screen Color).
I can use color pickers normally within the application(in Krita, Godot, Firefox) but not when I try color picking anywhere else(with color picking applications mentioned at the top).
