Allow searching by RSS feed URL in the Podcasts search endpoint #633

Entering a URL in the podcast search box doesn’t return a valid podcast, even with a valid RSS URL. Rather than forcing us to go to a separate page to manually input an RSS URL, please integrate these into one.

Make sure to check for both http and https protocols.
