We (I especially) need a service that releases a tag to wp.org

I have 2 possiblities:

  1. IF POSSIBLE: Use the scrutinizer-ci.com to push a "good" release to wp.org

  2. If that doesn't work I will set up a free account at https://buddy.works/pricing to set this up

Bonus points for removing files that are not required for the release, like phpcs.xml, .scrutinizer.yml, .gitignore etc.
