Include a way to remove tabs from an existing Teams channel.

Observed Behavior

If you are reporting a bug, please describe the behavior you expected to occur when performing the action. If you are making a suggestion, you can delete this section.

Cannot remove channel tabs from a Team. You can sort of do this if you include additional tabs in the template and leave out the ones you don't want. That doesn't work in the case where you want to do something like remove the OOTB Wiki tab without adding any additional tabs. The tabs block currently has to have at least one entry.
